What is your return policy?
- Thank you for choosing the FX-1 electric bike. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the bike is in brand new condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and the original box. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for the return request. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and please make sure the packaging is intact to avoid damage during shipping.
- If the return is due to a defective part, we are happy to provide replacement parts to fix the issue and ensure that you can resume use as soon as possible. After the returned product is confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process the refund once the product is inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
