Please ensure that the bike is in brand new condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and the original box. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and please make sure the packaging is intact to avoid damage during shipping.
If the return is due to a defective part, we are happy to provide replacement parts to fix the issue and ensure that you can resume use as soon as possible.
