Warranty Policy

What is your return policy?

• We offer a 1-year warranty on all new e-bikes, starting from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. If the issue meets our maintenance standards, we will repair your e-bike at no cost, including all parts, labor, and related fees.
• If the required repairs or parts are not covered by the warranty, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you, usually by diagnosing the issue and providing paid replacement parts. If your bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize both the cost and effort involved.
