• We offer a 1-year warranty on all new e-bikes and e-scooters, starting from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. If the issue meets our maintenance standards, we will repair your e-bike and e-scooter at no cost, including all parts, labor, and related fees.
• If the required repairs or parts are not covered by the warranty, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you, usually by diagnosing the issue and providing paid replacement parts. If your bike and scooter needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimize both the cost and effort involved.

• Thank you for choosing the FX-1 electric bike. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the bike is in brand new condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and the original box. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for the return request. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and please make sure the packaging is intact to avoid damage during shipping.
